It has pretty much been a week now since my initial email in this thread.

I believe that the issues I have raised are extremely important.

There were 4 quite specific points/questions I made in my initial
email which are pretty much yes/no. No 'general feelings'.

I believe it is in the community's best interest to get the governance
documents in a reasonable state *BEFORE* that governance structure
reforms. The CC is collected and able to make these decisions. Putting
the new IRCC in place before clarifying outstanding issues could
cause, and has caused issues.
