Sorry to hear this. If you do keep using your registration on freenode
and keep it secure there isn't much reason for removing your access.
However if you would still like to, I suggest you
/msg nickserv listchans
to find out where you have access, then
/msg chanserv flags #channel jucato -*
to remove all your own access in each individual channel.
It would be better done by yourself in this way because of the obvious
social engineering that 'could' go on.
