My supybot foo is low but... wouldn't that would require more than just
the factoid we use for ops right now... it'd be a separate function
(kind of like @larts) and would make editing the list of ops on it much
more difficult.
Yeah it could be nice... but when someone calls ops its usually only 5
seconds of scanning of the scrollback before you realise why as the
offending user has already been warned etc.
