A bit more info:
ubotu is a supybot, running some custom plugins. To run ubotu you'll
need a reliable host with supybot 0.83 or higher, bzr and any webserver
that supports cgi (apache or lighttpd for instance).
Size requirements: currently around 850MB, most space is taken up by the
bans database (323M) and the apt caches (447M)
