Again, you were muted, not banned.

It is more harmful that despite me explaining why you were banned
several times and no other op being present/active to listen to you, you
still continue to be stubborn and demand to be unbanned.

When people start lying about their actions, such as you insisting that
the incident in #ubuntu is not related to your misbehaviour in
#ubuntu-offtopic, a mute is no more than appropriate since no
constructive solution can be found if someone is lying.
