Update ubotu/ubugtu usage

Hi all,

In the past few weeks, the bots changed a bit after requests.

ubotu now also understands !foo is also bar
'bar' will be a 2nd line that ubotu spits out. Mainly for factoids that
are partially LTR text and partially RTL - like !il

The text $chan in a factoid will be replaced with the channel name

The !info and !find actions also understand breezy-seveas and
dapper-seveas as repos.

The cookie for the bantracker webinterface is now valid for 30 days.

Several bugs were fixed :)
