Kubuntu alternate contact/access list handler

I thought it would be good to have more than 1 work/available during different 
shifts/times of the day. Hobbsee is definitely a shoe in for the position as 
long as she is willing, and if you want to or are able to take a 
second/different shift than Hobbsee, I am all for it.
