Ubiquity Welcome Screen in Jaunty

I am trying to insert a Welcome Screen into Jaunty's ubiquity installer.

I saw somewhere a "howto" to make that into ubiquity installer but I
cannot find its address anymore.

Anybody here has any  reference ?
