Note the ABI bump

This ARM kernel for the Marvell Dove platform has a number of new
configuration options enabled, designed to bring the Dove flavour more
in line with the distro kernel set of common config settings. It is also
rebased from Ubuntu-2.6.31-8,28, which in turn was rebased from 2.6.31-rc7.
