Note the ABI bump.

The big change with this version (and the source of the ABI bump) is the
removal of the KSM patchset which was found to cause problems with
encrypted swap. I felt this was important enough to warrant an upload
plus an ABI bump even though 2.6.31-rc8 (or perhaps final) is due any day.
