Intrepid ABI bumps.

An Intrepid security kernel is currently working its way through the
security build infrastructure. It is an ABI change from 2.6.27-7.16 to
2.6.27-9.19.

An Intrepid proposed kernel is also in the works, its ABI will change
from 2.6.27-8.17 to 2.6.27-10.20.
