Hi all,
what are the significance of increasing numbers in left of lines of output
of dmesg?

few sample lines are here
[27492.199824] tg3 0000:07:00.0: >eth0: Flow control is off for TX and off
for RX
[27492.200229] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eth0: link becomes ready
[33766.669509] tg3 0000:07:00.0: >eth0: Link is down
[33773.929450] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready
[33795.782122] tg3 0000:07:00.0: >eth0: Link is up at 10 Mbps, full duplex
[33795.782127] tg3 0000:07:00.0: >eth0: Flow control is off for TX and off
for RX
[33795.782363] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eth0: link becomes ready

and what are these device addresses numbers in left of lines of output of
lspci?

sample output
00:1f.6 Signal processing controller: Intel Corporation 82801I (ICH9
Family) Thermal Subsystem (rev 03)
04:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g LP-PHY
(rev 01)
07:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetLink BCM5906M Fast
