Ask Admin staff in your office to share internet running on your office 
PC, and also ask them to create a crossover cat5 cable for you so that 
when you connect both your office PC and Laptop then a local network 
connection gets created between these 2. Make sure you can access 
internet now on your laptop. May be you need to assign IP address of 
your office PC as gateway on your Laptop's IP4 network settings.

Once you get these done then follow instructions in my previous reply.
