[ubuntu-in] Network is connected but nm-applet says I'm not !!!!! (Ubuntu 10.04 LTS)

I think, nm-applet is not a part of status menu in ubuntu after 10.04..
because I never see this icon in my one system .. it only appear when it is
connected..
