[ubuntu-in] OT - Looking for a reasonable desktop with Ubuntu preconfigured

Hi
I was of the opinion that Dell doesn't sell ubuntu machines in india.
Is it easily visible on the site or hidden away somewhere.
Just curious - Is it safe to assume that a machine sold preloaded with
ubuntu by dell will not have any hardware or driver issues with any
other main stream linux distro ?
