do this about 15 - 30 seconds after connecting the device

What all have you done so far, what are the error message. Some diagnostics
is better than "not working"

Finally as some one pointed out this is a national list and not everyone is
conversant with hindi / hinglish etc so kindly post the major part of the
mail in english
