[ubuntu-in] Advice to those new to Ubuntu (and its derivatives)

is there a way out to get connected to net through mobile gprs in
ubuntu 10.04 LTS i have been stuggling a lot to get connected through
usb blue tooth dongle any simple and straight answer please.
