[ubuntu-in] Antony calls for action plan to counter cyber threats

Apologies to the list, while the topic is relevant it has not much to
directly do with Ubuntu. I had meant to sent it to another list and in
trying to dual task - seeing Rohit Sharma hand out some treatment to
the Kings XI got distracted.
