[ubuntu-in] Data card support 8.10

Ubuntu 8.10 to be released end October. Our Diwali gift :)

It will have support for Data cards out of the box. I know some of the 
cards available in India do work, but require tweaking.  Please help in 
what ever you can to ensure that they work seamlessly with this new 
release. Have a look at the Wiki.
