I could identify the manufacturer from '041e'. But I was not able to
identify actual product as the second part is not correct. It is
having five digits '0405f' instead of four.

As long as possible please don't use third party drivers or drivers
downloaded from third party websites. It makes debugging harder.

I asked about video devices that map to the device nodes of form
/dev/videox. Graphics card is not one of then. Just FYI... :-)

I was going to ask you to use device /dev/video0 in gst-launch
command. But looks like that device node is not created for some
unknown reason. Since you are saying that it was working on gutsy, it
is a regression and I suggest that you log a bug on
http://launchpad.net and provide the information asked.
