Although this might not exactly fit into the interests of this mailing 
list, such technological discussions might be allowed to certain extent 
if it doesn't digress too much BUT with a use of an Off Topic tag such 
that list members who do not want to read off topic discussions can 
effectively filter them out. Am adding the tag to this thread. If you
