[ubuntu-in] Community Inactivity

Hi all,
  Sorry for top-posting , But along with the Community inactivity (and
my wish to be flamed), replies to this mail is not working out, After
a very nice discussion at irc it seems that atleast every one agree
with my idea of community inactivity. But the main thing is that what
we are going to do about this ?

Just flame it, But atleast give a reply to the above mail ...
