That's a very good idea. Why don't you outline what needs to be done and
then we will chip in with whatever contributions we can. I would like to
know how you intend to make GNU/Linux better for the Desktop myself too
as it's really painful when people blame GNU/Linux for not being user
friendly.

Yes, I agree. Not all of our work is local specific too. We all are
working towards making Ubuntu the #1 distro.
