Community membership is open to all. All you need to do is to agree to &
sign the Ubuntu Code of Conduct. Council Membership, which is mainly the
administrative body is for only those who have made substantial and
sustained contributions to Ubuntu.
So you can become a Community member any time, oh why, you already _are_
one. :)
