Hi Laura and everyone,

Thanks for considering me Laura but I can't step up for a couple of 
reasons.  I'm happy to carry on as a team member based in the advocacy 
department!  I do like the idea of 2 leaders/POCs to share the load though.

Thoughts anyone?
