I would also recommend to publish the monthly LoCo team reports on the fridge.
It basically shows what the teams across the globe have been up to for
the past month.
Knowing what events are being organized by the other LoCos can be very
beneficial for everyone.
These combined with pictures from events can inspire other LoCos.

Sharing best practices on how each team organizes the event from the
very start (idea) to the end (running the event).
I think the best would be to publish these articles on the LoCo
Directory, which is currently being worked on by Jono & Co.
