Hello Team,

Blueprint for LoCo Banner is available on launchpad[0]. Please subscribe to
be notified of changes etc.

To kickstart this project we need a couple volunteers for the tasks.

* Banner design - please volunteer to design the look of our banner, we need
a few options to choose from
* Choose a company to get the banner printed - please volunteer to do online
research
