Software Problems

Hi Rory

I recently bought a Dell Mini 10 which supports Ubuntu 8.04.  I have been
unable to download the software updates and have not been able to download
any other software applications ie Picasa, Skye, iTunes etc.  Could you
please let me know how I can solve this problem.

Or alternatively please provide me with a phone number to someone who can
help me.
