Including work in the monthly report - some Kubuntu oriented stuff

Hi folks,

I've been looking at a way to simplify developing applications on Kubuntu this month. One of the things I'm looking at is making it easy to develop Qt (which is the foundations of KDE) apps on Kubuntu by integrating Qt with Rails. I've a project started at http://github.com/theirishpenguin/qtonrails-examples and have been in touch with the KDE-bindings team for feedback.

I was wondering is it ok for me to edit the https://wiki.ubuntu.com/IrishTeam/TeamReports/09/November page myself and add this a bullet point about this or is there someone (or some people) that are soley responsible for this that I should just mention it to?
