Ubuntu-ie Digest, Vol 15, Issue 2 - New Years Resolution

well I'm running ossbarcamp.com and I'd like for people to be more active
and particiapte not just in attending, but in taking part and giving the
talks. 

It's a barcamp, attendees drive the course of the event, so if you know
something, and only know a little well share that knowledege, or look at the
talk suggestion page, see what's there, if it looks interesting maybe trying
and to learm more about it and give a talk on that.  

I would hope that 2009 would see the ubuntu-ie loco more active here in
Ireland.  Yes IRC is great, and montly meet ups are great. But by taking
part in these events, we can gain more by actively participating.   

Also in 2009 I'd love to see the drop in centre being used more. come along
sit down have a chat, bring your laptop and meet more fellow ubuntu users.
