[ubuntu-hardened] How-to SELinux on Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid?

Hi, I just joined the list and when I install selinux, it does no come with
a policy it seems.  The guides and wiki's don't appear to be correct.  Any
hints?  I would like to use it on the desktop just like I did with Fedora if
possible.
