[ubuntu-hardened] back to life

I thought I would send a quick note to the list and let everyone know
that the list should be coming back to life now.  A number of us at
and around the Ubuntu Developer Summit (Boston 2007) have interest in
breathing life back into this list.

I now have admin access on this list so if you need anything, or need
messages approved let me know.

Here's to a good start to some good discussion and improved security in Ubuntu.
