I was told that the randomization patches hit 2.6.11, but I'm not seeing
any randomization in 126.96.36.199. Where the hell is it? I'm looking at
Arjan's patches that went to LKML and the code simply is not there.

Creative brains are a valuable, limited resource. They shouldn't be
wasted on re-inventing the wheel when there are so many fascinating
new problems waiting out there.
