Anyway, I have two disks. One is my primary disk according to BIOS which is 60GB ATA disk. Other one is the recently-installed USB external drive called My Book PRo Edition II 1TB which I installed ubuntu. Before installing ubuntu 7.04, there's windows XP (hd0,0) or /dev/sda1 . ubuntu is located at hd(1,0) or /dev/sdb1. I have another partition which is recovery in /dev/sda2. When installed and rebooted, I got error 25. I made instructions from community manual which is bootfromusb, but both ways didn't work. Please research about Western Digital My Book Pro II, and give me a adequate solution. If you do, you will be appreciated.
Thanks.
Minseong Kim.
**P.S: Do I have to install Grub in bios primary disk's MBR? **
