I have been waiting for 6 days now with no feedback whatsoever on this
email.
That said, I have changed the name. The link now is:

I will go ahead and spread the word on our Social Media. As with every
cycle, recruiting is a must-do task.
Once we have a dedicated team (HR) to do that, I will be super happy
because doing tons of things at the same time is sometimes fun, some other
time is a huge burden.
I am sure we shall find someone who will step in and take over the HR
Sub-Team.
When we have started that Sub-Team, the team leaders agreed to take care of
it but that didn't happen because we are all busy with other stuff.
For this cycle, there must be a dedicated team (NOT one person) - at least
a team of 2 people - to take care of the HR activities.
Thank you!
