Network and Bluetooth problems with GNOME 3.10

System settings always says that Bluetooth is disable when I enter it. 
I've tried to enable it by the toggle button at the top right of the 
window but nothing happends/changes, if I exit the Bluetooth section 
and enter it again the toggle button becomes disabled.
