Hi

Including a personal ubuntu gnome-shell theme does not exclude at all to  
keep the original adwaita theme installed automatically
It would only give a more personal touch to ubuntu gnome - that's one   
thing i am missing a bit

Really ..
Canonical did also decide for us what the right desktop should be .... :)
