Pb with contacts in Evolution

Hello,

I don't know if it's a bug in evolution or a problem in my configuration, so I ask here first.

I recently switch my main computer from 12.04 to 12.10 64bits with gnome3 ppa (up to date). Everything looks ok :
- when I launch gnome-contacts, my contacts are displayed
- when I click on "contacts" in evolution, they are also displayed.

But when I create a new mail, and I click on "To:" to add a recipient, the window pops up with an empty list of contacts.

I've found a workaround for that :
1. Create another empty contact list
2. When choosing the recipients of a new mail, in the pop-up, switch from my real contact list to the fake one,
3. Switch back to the real contact list => now it's filled with all my contacts!

Does anyone else encountered such a problem?

As a second question, how do you completly remove all files belonging to evolution to start things cleanly from scratch? I plan the following but don't know if I miss something :
- kill all evolution processes in the background
- remove all things in .local/share/evolution
- remove all things in .cache/evolution
- remove all things in .config/evolution
- remove everything in .gconf if there's still something
- don't know how to remove everything in dconf/gsettings (?)

Thanks for your advices.
