Several bugs

Hi,

I experience several bugs. I don't know if it's due to gnome ppa or Ubuntu
13.04. Maybe you can help me with.

Note: I have ppa gnome and ppa gnome staging. I installed staging few days
ago, but all bugs I have here was present without gnome staging ppa.

- bug in transmission settings, very boring making the application very
unusable:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/transmission/+bug/1187061 and
https://trac.transmissionbt.com/ticket/5370. This bug seems to appear only
on Ubuntu GNOME so it shouldnt be upstream bug... to confirm.

- My laptop is vaio z2 with raid 0 ssd. Before ubuntu gnome, all was
working fine. Now I had to add 'dmraid -ay' command to
/usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/local-top/dmraid script to be able not
being stuck on busybox during ubuntu boot:

- Every time I boot, I got no sound and gnome sound applet indicates 'Sorte
factice' in french which should mean "Fake out" I guess. So to get sound I
need to run sudo alsa force-reload at every boot... this is boring and
adding sudo alsa force-reload on an autostarted script seems pretty ugly
hack...

Anyone experiencing similar bug ? Any idea how to fix them ?
