Ubuntu GNOME 13.04

Congrats and thanks a million to everyone involved with this release!
It's so fantastic to see Ubuntu GNOME take its place as a recognized
flavour.

I also have a question: I'm wondering about upgrading from 12.10. I
perused the release announcement and the download page, and didn't see
anything about this topic. Is upgrading supported? I was think of just
manually updating my sources.list and doing an apt-get dist-upgrade.
Is this advisable, or is there perhaps a better way?

Since Ubuntu GNOME is adopting the Ubuntu Update Manager starting in
13.04, will that automate release upgrades again in the future?
