Switch to logind

Hi All,
   As of today we are switching over the gnome3-staging PPA to use logind instead of consolekit. Mostly the change should go unnoticed however a
few important points.

== Upgrading ==
- If you use apt-get to do upgrades its important that you use 'dist-upgrade' to get these updates.
- You will probably need to reboot your system after installing.

== Removing ==
After running ppa-purge to remove the gnome3-staging PPA you will need to manually revert the system back to consolekit using the following two
commands

sudo apt-get purge libpam-systemd
sudo apt-get install libpam-xdg-support
