J'utilise apache sur mon post, et je ne sais pas si "Apache", est 
configuré sur UTF8, mais j'ai le même problème dans certain logiciel.

C'est aussi une installation neuve de "Hoary", et à l'ecran de 
connection j'ai bien Belgique UTF8
