Expiry policy for flavor developer team membership

Seems that the TB wants to set up a [6 month expiry for flavor
developers][1] to ensure nothing like the The Great Ubuntu Studio
Debacle Of 2019 happens again. I personally think this sounds like a
great idea. Talking to Robie Basak, it seems it would be as simple as
clicking the "renew membership" button as we do with our Ubuntu
Memberships. They would also be willing to reinstate someone if it was
missed due to illness, vacation, etc., "without further interrogation."
Now's the time to pipe up if you're against this idea.
