FULL apache2 reinstall by apt-get it's possible including configfiles, etc?

Sin animo de ofender, ¿esta no es la lista de ubuntu en español?
por favor recuerden que no todos hablan o leen inglés.
Incluso en este caso lo considero una falta de respeto a los
