Changing Ubuntu Egypt group owner

@Seif: You repeated the same thing you considered a mistake bey replying
here. You should have replied to them on their private mails.
It wasn't a mistake to suggest the change of the owner because we need an
ACTIVE owner and when it was suggested, every one who answered agreed about
this, so there's no real need for all this.

@Every one, Stop sending or replying to any thing considering this mater on
the mailing list. Wait for the next meeting and we can decide this then, or
continue the discussion on private mails.
