Talking about commitment to this cause, I think it's devided into levels,
more privileges only causes more responsibilities/things to be committed
to(that's why we give them privileges after all), but once they do not have
enough commitment, there must be a change!(agree?). And of course it's not
about voting for Toulan, it's just about assigning responsibilities to the
responsible one.
Owner has no privileges over other Admins, except for judging/governing
situations(or conflicts) in which an Admin is involved(I suppose), in that
case how can Karim do this while he's always absent???.
