Talking about commitment to this cause, I think it's devided into levels, more privileges only causes more responsibilities/things to be committed to(that's why we give them privileges after all), but once they do not have enough commitment, there must be a change!(agree?). And of course it's not about voting for Toulan, it's just about assigning responsibilities to the responsible one.<br>
