You need to apply the divide and conquer theory at somepoint, to get the
real value of 'focus'.

For example, we are in Ubuntu-EG, not Ubuntu-LoCos ... if else, you'll get
tons of irrelevant topics and threads, will lost your focus and won't let
you be able to focus on Eg community. The same for ppl interrested in
embeeded, or fedora, or robotics ...etc
The issue here, is to have a neutral place, in which all the groups and its
description is listed, and ppl choose to join topics of his interrest. And
make sure to not have duplicates.
The embeeded linux discussions going on here, are not of my interrest, and
always wondering why this is not discussed in a sub group like
ubuntu-eg-embed for example, trust me, this is always what happens in all
groups starting by ubuntu mailing lists itself, sub topics are in separete
groups.

the communities we can reach and convince with the idea here, I think we can
convince others to join later. The idea of collaborating on big events and
cross activities is amazing.

like the idea, I know there are challenges, however we can start the
communication and make opportunities.

conversion strategy for all of Egypt, on a governmental and business scope,
that's a perfect way of gathering ALL open sources' activists all Egypt
around because it really needs all of them, that's how I met people from
ubuntu-eg, CairoGTUG, Eglug, LinuxAC and many other communities and
companies.
