Contributing to Ubuntu varies, Community and development. to be a very
good LoCo member, it's to spread the word everywhere and help building
community, an appreciated work :)
To develop, I see, is less important, because by community work you
can bring ppl to develop, while working in develop won't build
community in itself.
Conclusion: You can take the contribution gauge, in number and in quality :)
It's all about *Passion*.
