[Ubuntu-eg] Ubuntu-eg council

[ahmed sultan]

I thought we already agreed that the first council will be chosen by Toulan
to initiate the system then the second one will be elected "first council
will not include Toulan as thy have been chosen by him"
at least that was the idea I got and the first council will stay for 4
months "Only 4 months".
